Founder of Pilatiq Studio & Pilates instructor
Yara is a Mat certified and Reformer certified pilates instructor who has been religiously practicing pilates since 2021 and completed her certification in London with Balanced Body.
Her contemporary and dynamic pilates style is built on a classical foundation, and she likes to challenge her clients in each session while focusing on the principles of control, flow, and breath.
If you're looking to challenge yourself and get a good, efficient sweat in, you'll love her classes! Yara's favorite pilates move is any type of lunge, so you can expect different lunge variations in each of her classes to get those legs strong and long.

Samanta is a Physiotherapist specialized in exercise for health and wellbeing, with over 8 years of experience in the health and wellness field. She is a certified Pilates Instructor with more than 5 years of expertise in Clinical Pilates and therapeutic exercise. Originally from Colombia, she is passionate about movement and strongly believes that movement is medicine and the key to longevity.
Her classes are rooted in clinical knowledge, blending therapeutic and contemporary Pilates. She focuses on controlled movement, posture, and core strength while creating sessions that are both restorative and challenging. Expect a safe yet empowering environment, designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and improve your overall well-being.
