Reformer class designed to increase your joint mobility, improve posture, and restore freedom in your movement. Using the Reformer’s resistance and support, we’ll guide your body through controlled stretches, gentle flows, and functional movement patterns that target common areas of tightness such as the hips, spine, and shoulders.


Cardio Flow Reformer

Get ready for a fast-paced, full-body reformer flow that will get your heart pumping and muscles firing. This class combines high-intensity reformer movements with the added challenge of the jumpboard to elevate your cardio. Focusing on control and flow, you’ll move through rapid, fluid sequences that challenge your endurance, strengthen your muscles, and improve your Pilates power. Whether you're jumping, flowing, or holding those powerful core positions, this class will push your limits and leave you feeling stronger than ever.


Sculpted Strength - Abs and Glutes

Welcome to the ultimate sculpt session. This reformer flow zeroes in on your core and glutes, combining dynamic sequences, controlled resistance, and targeted holds that bring the burn. Every move is powered by your powerhouse (aka your deep core), while your glutes get plenty of love with slow, strength-building work that lifts and tones. It's the kind of class that feels like fire and delivers real results - hello, six-pack and peach goals.


Full Body Reformer – Level III
Advanced
50 minutes
Dynamic and challenging Reformer class built for experienced movers. This 50-minute session blends advanced Pilates repertoire with powerful flows, complex coordination, and increased resistance to build strength, stamina, and precision. Not suitable for beginners. A solid foundation in Reformer technique is required.


Full Body Reformer – Level II
Intermediate

A full body reformer flow targeting every muscle in your body. This class will be the perfect push you need if you are looking to get stronger and improve your reformer skills. This intermediate-level class will target every muscle group through dynamic sequences that push your limits and refine your technique. It’s the perfect blend of flow, control, and strength-building to help you become stronger and improve your reformer skills.

This full-body reformer flow is the perfect way to build a solid foundation in Pilates, targeting every muscle group while learning the fundamentals of reformer work
Our Mat room is a well rounded room with multiple features. Including custom mats, custom weights, mood lighting, and even infrared heating in some classes. We offer mat pilates classes that are both challenging and regenerating. We also offer yoga, barre as well as meditation sessions to either help you find a challenge for your week, or ground you from your week.
